This was my 2nd time back at the Spa at Cinco Ranch. The first time I wanted balayage. Needless to say I had to come back and have my hair redone by a girl named Grace, who sadly doesn’t work there anymore. The second time I went in was April 26th to have a color correction done on my hair. My goal was to go from a (pretty much) rose gold color back to a natural medium blonde with some highlights. First, I’d like to say that I was quoted around $100 LESS THAN what I was charged, which was supposed to include a haircut, which I didn’t receive. Second, before I left the salon I thought my hair was fine. But, upon further inspection of my hair it was CLEARLY spotted EVERYWHERE. My hair was striped, but no blonde color was put back in. Then, the top of my hair was supposed to be low lighted to my natural color, but was nearly black and literally SPOTTED EVERYWHERE. I called back and asked for at least a partial refund and they wouldn’t refund ANY of my money. So, $425 later (not including tip), I had horribly expensive spotted hair. They DID offer me a redo for free, but I refuse to spend any more of my time or money at this salon. How can I even trust that my hair would turn out normal after having 2 bad experiences there? Luckily, my aunt came into town a couple weeks ago and 10 hours later finally got me back to a normal color without spots. Images are included below. As you can see, these photos are taken closer to my roots, however, there are also spotted dark strands throughout the entire length of the hair.

This whole establishment is phenomenal!! I had a full spa day and I was so impressed! Cher was the most amazing massage therapist and Cindy did my nails just how I wanted! Nadia did my hair and I look great (picture is next day, so I have slept on it). Natalia did my facial and gave me good insight on keeping my skin healthy. Sorry for the blurry pictures. The staff is so inviting! Lunch was amazing as well! I will definitely be returning!

Love this spa, have been coming for years. So serene, decor is beautiful, every massage has been wonderful and every masseuse genuinely loves what they do, facials make my skin feel perfect, nail salon is better than any regular nail place, clean & professional and my nails always look great and the nail techs only speak English. Love going in for any hair treatment where even a new person makes you feel like you are an old friend. Also just stopping in to use the steam room is a treat. Definitely one of my favorite places & the lunch menu is great!

I have been going to this spa for years to get massages. I have fallen in love with the people and the service but recently my favorite massage therapist left and I decided to give the new employee, Veronica, a try. the massage was the least relaxed I have felt in years. She was quite rude and not considerate of my relaxation at all. She made rude comments about my knots and the last time I had a massage the entire hour that I was there. Just some very strange comments to make when I only came in to relax for a little while. the room was absolutely freezing. And to top it off she cut my massage about 7 minutes short because she had “2 people after me” now I know 7 minutes doesn’t seem like a lot but when you pay $100 for a massage you expect to get all the time that you pay for. I was not satisfied and will not be coming back to see her. Everyone else.. was lovely as per usual.

I’ve had several very good massages here. The atmosphere and accommodations are top-notch. If you’re going for a massage, go early to enjoy the sitting room..and stay late for the steam room too. The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is they got weird w/ me when I left a tip. I guess they felt it wasn’t enough?

I’ve always loved the Spa at Cinco Ranch. I was given a wonderful massage by Nette. In the past, I’ve always used Cynthia. She is fabulous. I was told they don’t believe she’s returning from Maternity leave. (Sad) I told my husband my experience on 4/10/19 just wasn’t the same. Then it hit me. The place needs to be updated. The relaxation room’s furniture is very dated. The roof had water stains, and there is only one shower in the women’s bathroom. I know it isn’t the Belliago or Aria in Vegas, but it could a lot better.

The front desk staff can’t schedule correct appointment times. On more than one occasion I was given incorrect appointment reminder times, or the front desk set up wrong appointment times for my massage. First time it happened, I spoke to the manager and the mix-up was handled well. They decided to give me a gift card for a free massage due to their mistake. I felt that was very nice. So when I made my appointment to schedule another massage I was baffled when the same thing happened yet again. I scheduled a massage, and was told a check in and appointment time. I confirmed twice with the receptionist before hanging up to make sure we both had the correct time set. Then the next day, I get a reminder phone call with an incorrect appointment and check in time. Once I can understand, accidents happen. However, to have it happen more than once is ridiculous! I cancelled my latest appointment, and will be taking my business elsewhere. If they can’t schedule appointments correctly, there is no point in giving them my business. It’s a shame because the massage therapists are great. Wish I could say the same about the front desk staff.

Been going there for 5 years. Great atmosphere , great service and the staff is very friendly. I have been seeing Helena for men’s haircut and she’s always knock it out of the park. I have had hairdressers in the past where they mess up after the 2 or 3 cut becoming complacent. Not Helena. She’s very detail oriented and make sure you are satisfied.

I have not been there for a while not because I don’t like the service but because, I am retired and have my income tight sometime, but I tell you I know the owner for more than 25 years, to me she is the best Hair Styles that I had the pleasure knowing, her Spa is always clean, and smells wonderful, and the atmosphere she create is absolutely divine, you can really relax and forget all your worries while you are waiting. I am getting ready to go soon so Maria Masson cuts my hair. Go and look for yourself and see the tranquility and relaxing place that it is.
