My husband and I were in Orlando for our 6th wedding anniversary. We booked a couples massage at Bella Collina. The atmosphere and views were the best thing about the spa. My massage was awful and the massage therapist actually stated “you are expecting” to me and I am NOT expecting. If I was I would have let them know. I did have a baby 16 months ago so maybe I am chubby but I felt so disrespected. I should have asked for someone else at that point because I was NOT relaxed and I did NOT enjoy my massage at all. It was $312 and it was an awful experience honestly. I would definitely not return. Nothing about it was relaxing to me. It felt rushed and I was not even comfortable on the table. Probably because I had just been insulted by the staff. I am not someone who complains so I did not say anything. It was a 60 min massage and it was more like 40 min. Our appt was at 1pm we arrived a few minutes early to change and we had to wait for a room. But I know it was after 1pm when we got in there. Then our massage was over and we were downstairs changing by 1:45pm. It was our anniversary and I didn’t want to ruin it so I didn’t make a big deal about it but I will NOT be returning. Spend your money elsewhere if you want a decent massage!

Beautiful place, great body massage. Facial not recommended. Not sure why the shower door remains clear after so many online complains. At least put some windows clings cost nothing or a curtain. Dress room no private change section, a bit strange.

Very beautiful area, very well managed at the Spa. The two ladies at the front (Brittany and Kristy I believe) were very professional and kind. They took care of everything for me. Massage was great, helped fixed some issues in my lower back. Will definitely be back again soon.

My daughter and I had both, massages and facials for our Mother/daughter retreat. Bella Collina is uniquely designed to make one feel like you are in a small Italian village. I do wish Siena was designed more like Bella Collina. Our massages were truly an experience that left us totally satisfied and completely relaxed. Facials also excellent. I must give a special thank you to Ashlyn, her massage techniques were superb. She listened to where my sensitive and sore spots were and implemented some light stretching during the massage.
