I had an appointment with a certain nail tech, waited 15 minutes. Had been seated in 3 different chairs while I was there with 2 different nail techs. I never got the person I requested. I got dip on my natural nails and I was there for 2 hours. My nails were chunky especially all of the sides with the clear coating and I ended up going home to correct it myself. I had 3 areas that had been snipped causing irritation and bleeding and my nails got hot 3 different times while he was using the dremel tool. Definitely not worth over $40.

I will NEVER go there again! Got my nails gel polished n the guy(believe it was the owner) cut my nails so short that I hate them! He couldn’t understand English at all! I normally have average length nails n wanted American/French but he did the French! No one was friendly or could understand English! I’ll stick with my regular gal who’s been doing my nails for over 10 years but she had to have surgery so I had to go somewhere and Hollywood nails is a no the owner is down right rude! December I’ll be back with Meuy… thank God!

Wow! My experience is one for the books…I came in to teenagers getting their nails done. One of the nail techs started flirting with a teenager and had a coworker start taking pictures and videos of her. Then the coworker exchanged social media information with the minor. So I can say don’t send your kids in to get their nails done. As far as my nails….omfg I got the new guy. He burned me, scorched my nails and skin to the point I bled and now I have the beginning of infection because of dirty tools.

What a mess. I had an appointment with Lisa. They told me she was running late. The girl who started to help me told me repeatedly that I couldn’t have the nails I wanted. I could only have dip. I was visibly frustrated when she changed her mind. She then told me I canceled my appointment and someone else was booked at the same time. I was passed off to Jack. He used the dremel tool on my skin and I bled on three different nails. My nails are also so thick and chunky that I can barely pick things up from flat surfaces. There is a lot of excess product hanging over the skin as well. I didn’t have time to have them completely redo them so I just left. I won’t be back.
