Literally a waste of money. The guy painted my nails and didn’t bother to clean them up. The shape is horrible. I think he thinks I’m blind because there is no way anyone with functioning eyes would be pleased. They are clearly just trying to get you out of the seat to take a bother customer as fast as possible. No sense of customer service. Also $50 for a manicure that looks like an 8 year old did it???

Generally good experience. I am a regular customer. Positives: several nail technicians, usually a very short wait, good service, and your nails will look nice. Opportunities: Process can be very slow, they will not do your hands and feet at the same time, and their quality is a B- (not at A+).

I come here often because this place is consisrant. I can understand some of the bad reviews but if you found your person you like, you just have to keep making appointments with her/him. I love Kelly and Andy the most. Almost all the employees work here for 7+ years. I didn’t find a better place at this price point in Brickell.

Been coming here for years. 10 years. Have used various technicians. It really depends on person you get. Ask for Ben or Vi. They are the best. Im very picky. Also they used to serve wine but stopped that this week. It really helped to relax. So that’s why 4 not 5 stars. But what I like is that they keep appointments on time especially if they know me that I always show up maybe 5 min late at most.

I came to this place ever since I was 12. Sometimes it’s good but sometimes it’s horrible. I came in less than a week ago and I asked for ombré acrylics, I also asked for them to be long. The man cut them supper short and then proceeded to file my nails to make them even shorter. He used pink powder which made my nail pink and the other half white looked nothing natural. I had showed him a picture of what I wanted and I got the complete opposite. And as the man is finishing my nails the lady at the counter comes up to me and tells me that they will be charging me 5 dollars more for the acrylics. And then I also did my feet. The outside of the nail polish looked pink but ended up being clear and then lady that did my feet also charged me 3 dollars more… why? I have no idea. After that I proceeded to get my eyebrows waxed… they left me there standing outside the door for 5 minutes no one came to do my eyebrows until I had to remind the lady. She then comes in a rush waxes my eyebrows and she tried plucking a hair and couldn’t get it out so she just gave up. She didn’t even pass me a mirror to see how they came out and rushed me to leave because they were closing. Mind you I came In at 5 and left the place at 8:30pm, they had me waiting for about 30 minutes before they even called me to do my nails. This place is horrible I will never be coming here again!!!! Oh and by the way for those of you wondering my total was 100 dollars. I left the place crying because the next day I had a photoshoot for my birthday. I had to repaint my toes at home.I don’t recommend this place to no one DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I’ve lived in Brickell for three years and always passed this place and today before my trip to Rome I decided to try it out for a pedicure. My big toenails are damaged and I’ve always had them fixed up nicely by a place I go to in Atlanta leaving me with perfect toenails. Today after going to this Nail Fever place I pretty much left there with a fever! “V” was the pedicurist that took care of me today. I explained to her that I had very sensitive feet and to take it easy.. She respond with a lot of okays. She didn’t presoak my feet and proceeded to go at my feet like she was killing snakes as she was watching Seven Shades of Grey on the TV above. My cuticles were bleeding all around both toes and V kept saying sorry. She proceeded to go at it even though I was jumping. To say the least I am adding a few pictures to this review and y’all can decide wether this was a pedicure or an attempt to murder my toes. My big toes are now pretty painful look awful and I’m still in shock that a nail place this big would leave me like this. I even tipped, like some kind of idiot. Ooof!
