Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI just received the best curly cut I’ve ever had! My curls are amazing now. I relocated from Colorado and I didn’t know how to deal with the new frizz from the humidity and my haircut had no shape. Angela was amazing! She is confident and experienced and knew exactly what to do. I trusted her so much that I let her add highlights, something I was told by numerous stylists in the past that I could never have because of my dark brown hair. Again, the highlights turned out great! The owners, Molly and Philip, recommended her and I can see why their business is thriving. They are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and relaxing atmosphere in this spa. It’s worth the relaxing drive from Vero Beach. I just received the best curly cut I’ve ever had! My curls are amazing now. I relocated from Colorado and I didn’t know how to deal with the new frizz from the humidity and my haircut had no shape. Angela was amazing! She is confident and experienced and knew exactly what to do. I trusted her so much that I let her add highlights, something I was told by numerous stylists in the past that I could never have because of my dark brown hair. Again, the highlights turned out great! The owners, Molly and Philip, recommended her and I can see why their business is thriving. They are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and relaxing atmosphere in this spa. It’s worth the relaxing drive from Vero Beach. They just earned a lifetime client.

Critical: QualityI bought my wife the Easter Spring Special special they have advertised on their website for $99.00 (I even included a $21.00 tip upfront) The special was to include a 30 minute facial, a 30 minute massage, a polish on the hands or feet as well as a glass of wine and a chocolate! Needless to say, she came home very disappointed…which is why I’m giving this place a poor review. First of all, she’s had many spa experience’s in the past and knows a good experience when she has one. First of all, although she felt the person who performed the facial was friendly, she felt the greeting coming in was very impersonal. She was expecting a warm greeting with possibly a tour…but was greeted instead by having to sit in an uncomfortable area to complete the paperwork where people were getting hair done…instead of being seated in the nice secondary room. Secondly, she was told when she made the appointment that there wouldn’t be anyone there at her appointment time to do a polish so they offered to do a had soak in paraffin…which she accepted. However, on appointment day…it was changed again and she was told they would just add a few minutes to the massage. Lastly, she was NEVER even offered the glass of wine or the chocolate that was supposed to come with the package. She felt very rushed in and rushed out! She was expecting a very relaxing and professional spa experience but by far that is not what she received! This is why I always recommend to start with a purchase of a small package before spending several hundred dollars on a large one! It always a good indicator of how good customer service will be no matter how much money a person spends. Had she had an excellent relaxing experience…they would have had a new long term customer and possibly 2 new customers. She expressed her passion for helping her clients achieve their skin goals and I could absolutely tell in the care and depth of knowledge she provided during my treatment. Extra care is taken to ensure the area is clean and safe for their clients and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their business.
