Wanted to get my nails done before I went back east but wasn’t able to get in. So I took a risk and tried a place in my hometown of Strongsville OH that my parents recommended. So happy I did! Spa 7 was very busy when I walked in but sat me down immediately. The lady who help me who I believe name was Martha but can’t say for 100%. She said her son lived in AZ as well. She was very friendly, kind and did a great job on my nails! She was also very professional when my sweet but overbearing Mama came in to check 3x in a 40 minute period to see if I was ok and done yet… I had a full set gel French tip done and was in there no longer than 35-40 minutes tops! Thank you spa 7, I highly recommend them and will definitely be back when I’m in the area!

Mylin did me pedicure for the second time now. She did a wonderful job and is very patient and kind with me due to my disability. I highly recommend Spa 7 and Mylin. I give Tan 5 stars as well for his funny personality and being a good owner Pedicure

I have been here a few times, I tired to reschedule my appointment bc of an emergency. The owner Tim absolutely refused he was very rude to me told me how do his technician make money if I don’t show up. I was trying to come a half hour later. It was unbelievable. I will not support a business where the owner treats customers this way who pay his salary I can imagine how he treats his employees. Bad business!

My neighbor went to get a mani/pedi. Technician was wonderful but the owner was rude. He kept calling her an old lady. He yelled at her and a few more of his clients. If he treats his clients like that imagine how he treats his staff.

Tim the owner is very rude and unprofessional I had an emergency tried to reschedule my appointment he told me no why would we do that my technicians don’t make any money. I spent a lot of money there before I will never go back to support such terrible business owner treats his customers so terrible. I can imagine how he treats his employees.
