Positive: Professionalism, QualityHands down the best massage I’ve EVER had! I went to the mall not even planning to get one. My massage therapist was Troy. The massage technique was traditionally deep tissue but also very intuitive. I ended up getting 60 minutes, and I left there feeling like I could actually move properly again.There’s a sign on the desk that encourages tipping, stating that the massage therapists work hard. Hands down the best massage I’ve EVER had! I went to the mall not even planning to get one. My massage therapist was Troy. The massage technique was traditionally deep tissue but also very intuitive. I ended up getting 60 minutes, and I left there feeling like I could actually move properly again.

Critical: ProfessionalismDishonest employees and owner. Accidentally left my apple watch there and called the next day asking to come pick it up. The employees lied and stated there was no apple watch there. I went in-person hours later asking to go and check if my watch was there, again the manager and employees told me that it was not there and they didn’t have it. I then told them that I can track my apple watch from my phone and suddenly, not even 2 minutes later, they say they have the watch. Dishonest employees and owner. Accidentally left my apple watch there and called the next day asking to come pick it up. The employees lied and stated there was no apple watch there. I went in-person hours later asking to go and check if my watch was there, again the manager and employees told me that it was not there and they didn’t have it.
