Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to . The customer service is terrible ! They threatened to call the police on me because I asked my nail tech in station 3 (I believe) how was he doing today , if you was ok , and that I didn’t want the color he picked for my nails that I have to wear and pay for . He refused to finish my nails that he started on ! Wouldn’t let me speak with a manager and said he was going to call the police if I didn’t seat back in line and wait on someone else to come available after all the customers that came after me were serviced .

Please don’t believe some of the exaggerated comments about the service quality. Consider the source, as if the grammar used, is an indicator of how rude and disrespectful the writer probably was during their visit. I’ve been using this salon and only this salon for over 8yrs. Not once have I had a negative experience.

Their attitudes are very nasty, and act like customers owe them something, when the guy ask the tech to do my nails, she acted like she didn’t want to get up. I love this place. The first time I went was incredible had two people doing my nails at once. I always like to get stiletto nails and they got them to a sharper point than I’ve ever had and they’ve lasted for almost a month now (3.5wks). And it was only 50 bucks for my fill in from my previous salon and my pedicure. Going back today for another set. ❤️

I walked in and no one acknowledged me. I spoke to everyone again. The lady in the very front immediately said, “She’s not here”. She was speaking in reference to the young lady that normally do my nails. I said I know, I still want my nails done. They still did not say anything. I then said, “y’all don’t want to make money from me”. Dude next to the lady up front said “no”. I asked one of the customers if he said no and she said yes. I asked them again if they wanted to make money and he said no they were busy. Now y’all know they don’t never care about how busy they get. I was the only customer that was waiting up front to sit in a chair. How busy is that. I told them that I would just not come to their nail shop ever again! I have been patronizing this nail shop for the past 3 years!!! I’ve heard others give bad reviews about them due to their attitudes and the service. This is the first time I’ve encountered it and will be the last.

The shape and sizing of my nails were horrid. I asked the lady to fix a few nails and she attempted to, but there was no saving these nails. I left because i convinced myself that they may grow on me, but i couldn’t bare to look at them. I went back to politely complain and they were very rude. The lady stared at me without even acknowledging my complaint. I showed them my nails and they seen nothing wrong, typical. I could tell they didn’t want to fix them so I asked if there was anything else they could do. I had to bring my guardian in just for them to refund me $5 when the cost of my nails were $35.
