Kayla is fantastic! She recently returned, and I am overjoyed! She cares about her work and gives the best pedicures including an almost reflexology-like foot massage. Once a month I get the Lux Pedicure. It’s worth every penny with Kayla.

something, but she just automatically assumed it on top of that. She didn’t even finish my toe. My toes weren’t even completely dry cause she had to redo one on top of that. Wow I am sitting in the chair almost 20 minutes for one toe, and just poured oil all over my foot and didn’t rub it in. how to dry she just asked to leave me to go work on another girl who came in wanting a full set my guess because she want to spend my money not recommendation if you come here you need to find someone that is good and professional ethics of it because everybody here is not it apparently. And it’s a shame because usually if it’s like really busy now, did you get of course a full professional experience, but in my opinion, if you go somewhere where there is crowded on that, regardless of your skin complexion, or would you rather you should be treated with respect and professionalism, but that is my point of view. I even tried to call the store for the manager and their phone is straight to voicemail and no one was doing much someone was even in their phone when I left. My recommendation is to find someone is professional here and stick to them ONLY!! If you wanna come back

I was very unsatisfied with my experience today. I requested an Acrylic overlay however all my nails are uneven in shape and curvature. As well as jagat edges on the sides of the nails. When I requested to have them fixed it was explained to me that my nails were even and that the nails were fine(see photos).

Oh my gosh, I just had the best pedicure of my life. Seriously, I stand on my feet hours upon hours and my poor feet needed some tender loving care. The technician Ivy provided me with the Purple Sapphire pedicure which included all the bells and whistles. Ivy did not rush and took her time throughout each step. Also, I felt safe with all of the precautions taken by the staff due to Covid. Spa 1 provides excellent customer service and a means to take away all of your stress.

This is the second time I have been to this salon. Both times I have had problems with the service. I thought it might just be the individual. However, my daughter and I had a problem with 2 separate individuals. I was charged for a service that was not performed completely. The service that was performed on my nails was rushed. And I was told to clip my own hang nails. Which by the way are not done correctly. And it’s sns dip.. it has bumps and the top coat is not even on my nail.

Just went to this Nail salon. Would not recommend getting eyebrows waxed by Mary she has my eyebrows uneven and took most of my eyebrows away. Made them very thin very very mad!!!!

While my boyfriends experience was much better than mine, my personal experience here was awful. The manager, Ben, serviced my fill in. The nail shaping was poor, I had to ask him multiple times to clean up my cuticles, and I felt like he was rushing my service as well. To top it off, the style that I wanted he could not do and he was honest about that, but then proceeded to charge full price although he used zero polish on my nails. The space is nice, but 0/10 for Ben to service you. They also serve complimentary wine, but their prices make up for your “free” drink.

Go ask for my girl Vicky, she’s the best at everything! I always get gel pedi and gel fill in, and I always get compliments on my nails. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Clean and well decorated space, everyone there is nice and make you feel welcome.

This is an update to my older review… Spa 1 is under new ownership/management, they have new pedicure chairs, more selections in polishes and new staff. Still a very relaxing, quiet and professional environment. Kayla had left for a while but is back now.. she gives excellent pedicures and does very well. She takes her time making sure you are satisfied and her massages are amazing! My husband will only go to her. I also welcome Liz who is a new addition to Spa 1 who also does amazing pedicures as well. Very happy to have Kayla back. She stays booked up so call ahead of time.
