Just. FABULOUS. I went in with a set of nails that I wasn’t happy with from another nail salon. I just wanted a design and a polish change. V filed them to the shape I asked for originally (tapered square) and executed what I wanted perfectly. Very professional and nice people. Some nail salons make you feel like you are a burden for asking to fix something. I left very happy. I don’t mind tipping well and paying for the service I asked for. More than often I have left different nail salons unsatisfied, disappointed and feeling like I’m irritating the technicians for asking for what they told me they could do and didn’t. SP Nails is the BEST nail salon in Effingham County. Highly recommend!

I get my eyelashes done here and they always look amazing, I’ve been to several other people to get my lashes done over the last few years and they never lasted long for me. Now, my lashes last 2 weeks or longer before needing a fill in, and I could honestly probably go 3-4 weeks before needing a fill in if I wanted to because not much falls out. In this picture I’ve had them done for a week and absolutely none have fell out. I love them! I also get my toes done here and I’m always happy!

I am very disappointed as of today. I have come to sp nails since Jenny and her family took over. Typically every few times I go I have the nail tech use the skinny drill tip to clean the underside of my nails. I am a true country girl with tons of farm animals I take care of every single day and no matter how clean I keep my hands at home they are bound to get a little dingy underneath after a few weeks.. so today I asked Jenny’s husband to clean underneath with the drill. He told me he doesn’t have that(lie, because they use it every 3-4 times i go!) and suggested I go to the sink and use the brush to scrub them myself. As if I’m really running around with filthy nails. I’m glad I have had a many of good experiences here but today’s experience is enough to assure I will not go back. I was humiliated in front of strangers as well as lied to. I understand maybe he was having a bad day but no reason to take it out on me. I made sure before I left to show him underneath my nails so he could see there’s no “dirt” to scrub with a brush.

sp nails has had the best customer service since the day i started coming. Jenny and Henry are the best when they do them. they never disappoint, not picking favorites because everybody in this business is awesome !! but i appreciate them , will never stop coming here

Because your satisfaction are their preference made an appointment or you may have wait. Each client is treated the same and they NEVER RUSH because someone walks through the door and waiting

The employees were super nice and it didnt take too long to get a full set done. However, the girl painting my nails had to take polish off because it was drying weird on my nails. The next day when I took a shower, my nails had little bubbles in it. Later the bubbles popped and the nail polish pealed off.

Pinterest worthy nails EVERY TIME! I’ve been getting my nails done for probably 15 years and this is the only nail salon I’ve been to that completely nails (no pun intended lol) it every time. Each set pictured above was done by a different nail artist at SP. The quality and consistency of their work speaks for themselves. Less than 24 hours after getting my newest set on, I snapped my thumb nail off and the owner opened the salon early on a Sunday to fix it! I will never go anywhere else. Once you receive this quality of work, no one else competes. Thank you!!!
