TBH, I have not been to this clinic as a client. However, the employee that represents this company was extremely rude and careless to me. My vehicle broke down on the highway. I was able to exit the highway safely and coast into the parking lot of this clinic before my car completely died at about 8:15am. While sitting in my non- working car with the hazards on waiting for a tow truck, The Soza employee parked directly in front of my car. I informed her I was broke down and waiting for a tow and that the tow truck would need that space to load my car. She refused to move her car. When the tow truck arrived and he asked her to move, she still refused. The situation had to be escalated where the police had to be called out to ask her to move her car. There was no reason for her to not have moved her car. There were probably about 100 empty spaces in that lot for her to choose from.
