I had the best massage ever at Southwest Therapeutics. My therapist, Violet, was very thorough, considered my requests due to allergies. She also respected my needs due to a disability adjusted accordingly. The receptionist handled my calls well and was friendly and booking was well handled. I am very pleased. It pays to shop local instead of the big chains that shorten you on minutes and rush to get you out or are disrespectful of the client’s special needs. Wonderful! I booked again.

Went for my first massage today. I had Russ he was great very professional. He used just enough pressure definitely felt relieved when I got up. Feel like I got my money worth especially since I used a Groupon! I wish I would have paid for a longer massage instead of the facial lymphatic drain. I used to Groupon to see if I would like it. I bought my 85 year old mother a gift certificate for a 60 minute Swedish massage for Mother’s Day.My Mom is extremely stressed taking care of my father. So, I thought she needed something for her stress. She absolutely HATED the gift. Today I took her for her appointment. She had Russ. After getting dressed, she came out of the room. I had an appointment for 9am and Beth arrived at 8:57am got out of her SUV and went into the establishment without greeting me, and locked the door. I was so eager for this much needed massage that I was 30 minutes early. I gave her a moment to setup and she never came back, so I called 2x on the phone; no answer. I got out of the car and went up to the door at 9:22 am only for her to throw her hand at me and ignore me as she was cleaning up. A male therapist walked up at 9:37 am and I told him what happened. She came out claiming that she didn’t have me on her books until 10am, and that she don’t make the appointments. I pulled out my book to show her my appointment time that was made. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!! Customer service is very poor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me tell you something about this hidden gem. Staff here was beyond amazing! Call now and book since they get booked quickly! The atmosphere was welcoming. Very clean all around from the entrance to the room. The massage was everything I wanted and as I left I felt so much more relaxed. Let me tell you that I slept thru the whole night without waking up.
