My husband and I did the massage together at the same time with different people and it was fun. The background music is so calm that makes you fall asleep. The best part was in the beginning when you have to inhale like a vaporizer or something.. I dont know what it was but it was the best feeling I’ve ever had.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHorrible staff and manager. Had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Doors were locked and no way to get in. Called and text several times. Did not get ahold of someone till 15 minutes AFTER start of apt. All they said was “oh yeah we canceled your appointment”. NO CALL. NO NOTHING. And of course they stress their cancellation policy and will charge you. But how is that even following their own policy!?!? Asked for a manager to call back, which never received. I’m so beyond angry with this business. Do not do business with them! I’ve left messages, and called numerous times! I canceled an appointment the day I scheduled it and it’s been almost 30 days with NO REFUND. They are ignoring my calls and not refunding my money! Do not go here!!

Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The owner Shannon is very nice. My massage therapist was Robyn and was very thorough. I was having severe upper back pains from pregnancy in my third trimester. I have been pretty active with making sure I did everything possible to not have any pains through my pregnancy. I tried everything to relieve this pain and I just couldn’t until I went to Southwest Healing. I was finally able to sleep comfortably after seeing Robyn.

Rebecca was my massage therapist. I get a massage every 2–3weeks & travel a lot, so have gotten massages all over the country. On my scale of 0 to 5, Rebecca was a 6. She worked expertly on the areas of most need. It was clear that she knew which muscles were causing my pain, even when they were not at the site if the pain. And she knew the techniques and had the strength to work on those places.
