Lydia is super nice and easy-going, makes the experience more comfortable. Unfortunately the laser hair removal didn’t work for me after a lot of pain, time, and money. I am hairy as ever after 8+ sessions on multiple areas and touch ups after. Initially It seemed to slow the re growth between sessions, but hair always came back full throttle in time. I think I’m back to where I was before I ever started laser. Hopefully it works for others and it’s just me. The facials were also really relaxing, but again I didn’t see much result afterwards. My acne may just be too complex.

Had an appointment with Lydia to remove sun spots and other marks/redness on my face, neck and shoulders. Southtowns Medi Spa had just opened in a new location. The space was brand new and modern. I was seen right at my appointment time, Lydia was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. There was high tech equipment and I received wonderful results from the treatment. I also purchased Obaji medical grade sunscreen, which is which is a must! Overall a wonderful experience and i would highly recommend.
