First class all the way! Sara is the only one I have found in all of northern Indiana that has taken Ashiatsu Bar Therapy classes and gives this type of deep massage. I found the experience to be pleasant and helpful after having back surgery several years ago. I am convinced that having periodic massages has been one of the keys for me to still be training and running full marathons, even in my late 50s. I think the prices are reasonable, especially considering Sara offers numerous discounts.
