Support staff of Dr. Alston either hate their jobs or need training. Spent 2 days trying to get correct medication, no call back, not replies. Tried to contact the office manager, left a voice mail, 2 days later still no response. Dr. Alston is an amazing doctor, the support staff will not help you.

Showed up for the first time. I wasn’t exactly sure where the office was in the hospital, so it took me a few minutes to locate the office on the second floor. I arrived 17 minutes beyond my appointment time. Not a single person was in the waiting area. I was told they wouldn’t see me because “the rule is we can’t see you after 15 minutes.” They didn’t seem at all interested in accomodating me at 17 minutes.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences with Dr. Alston. He as equally personable as he is professional. I went in for a biopsy and he made me physically comfortable as well as at ease as we talked throughout the entire procedure. He really gets the patient and was a pleasure to work with.
