One of the worst haircuts I received in my life. I arrived 20 – 25 minutes before 6pm and was told “Why did you come at the last minute?” I said the PX website stated they closed at 7pm. The person asked if I wanted anything off the top? I wanted a few minutes to think about it. Then a few minutes later I heard the clippers buzz off WAY MORE than I wanted. It was too late. By the time it was over I looked like Forrest Gump.

Critical: ProfessionalismTwice I have made reservations and both times I have been told they messed up and want me to come back later. Seems funny each time I was told that kids had the same time as me (active duty) on a Sunday but I was told to come back. Get better service off post and for the same price. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Call ahead call ahead call ahead before you go, this is the 2nd time no one is there at the advertised time, even though the open sign is lit. Call ahead before you go, I have to emphasize you need to call ahead before you go. Just one more thing….. call ahead before you go.
