Wow I wish I looked at the reviews before going here. I went last night for a dazzle dry manicure, came home, went to bed and woke up this morning with two full nails missing paint. Not chipped – totally bare. I went back today and asked to have those two redone, as well as a sealant or top coat be put on top of all of them again so no others would have the same thing happen. Fast forward to this afternoon, four other nails have completely come off – some LITERALLY flying off in the wind – images are from this afternoon AFTER I’d already gone back & had two different nails fixed. The manicure did not even last 12 hours, let alone the two weeks dazzle usually does – and what you’re paying for when you choose it. I’m not sure if it’s not real dazzle dry they’re using or if they’re missing a step in the process, but clearly this is a known and common situation they run into and are not fixing, which is ironic because when I asked the tech today if she’d ever seen nail polish peel off in full like that before so soon after getting them done, she told me no. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s a total scam and not worth your money. I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure with Melissa. This was my third time visiting here. Melissa did not take the time to scrub my feet and when I asked her to focus on problem areas she reluctantly did after my feet was already dry. She then spent the entire time asking me passive aggressive questions about how she was doing. I will never visit there again rude service!!! I prefer my nail experience to be pleasant and relaxing i left there feeling stressed and annoyed.

I was told my nails would be $50 (for full set)- although I’m used to paying 40, I was fine with that. At the end I looked at the recite that the nail tech wrote up and it said $100. When I asked where that number came from I was THEN told that it was $10 per each color used, and the “design” which was just a single line underneath the French. I reached out to the nail tech personally to try and handle this privately as well as calling the salon. I was told that they were sorry I was “sad” but there’s nothing they could do. Way overpriced and will never be going back

I have tried nearly every nail place in a 5 mile radius of South Boston, (sometimes out of curiosity or a friend’s recommendation, sometimes because Southie Nail Bar is booked that day) but I ALWAYS regret it and come running back here to Gina! I’ve gotten them done by Melissa and Danny too and they’re also great. They are the only place that get my acrylics right and don’t overcharge (so many places started charging for oval, almond, coffin shapes?! Absurd. Not here!). I can always count on SNB for a good job.

Had a terrible experience where I paid $65 for acrylic full set. The woman did not cut my natural nails, when I asked her to remove my cuticles she said we don’t do that here & that it was ten extra.???huh? You don’t remove cuticle before putting fake nails on. I’ve been here plenty of times before where they have done that…wtf she was rude
