I met Chrystal Torres by fate was in a predicament and out of the kindness of her heart she helped me get to my Dr’s appointment. From there we stayed in touch. I went last weekend and she colored, cut washed and did a blow out. I’m definitely going back! The salon itself is adorable and everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend this salon and Chrystal Torres!5 stars!!!

Had a scheduled appointment for first thing in the morning I went inside and rang the bell- nobody answered I waited for 5 min and still nothing I than walked around to see if I could find anybody and nobody was inside so went outside and waited for few min after 10 min total stylist came inside and greeted me, went over the desired color, while bleaching my scalp was on fire I was literally screaming before stylist came to me and immediately washed my hair, I told him I still felt like it was on fire but he continued dying. Wasn’t until later that night I had my husband who than checked and had burns. Originally I wasn’t going to rate just in case I was the rare occasion that this happened to but I also don’t want to feel responsible if it happens to another person but same business.

The shop was adorable and welcoming, everyone was so kind and it was very clean and well taken care of! Courtney and I talked the whole time and I felt like I knew her and we were just catching up.
