From my initial call to book my consultation, to my first visit, and then my follow up consult, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, patient and professional. The facility itself is truly unique and relaxing. Set in a residential home converted into a beautiful and stylish office, I felt completely relaxed and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Even watched a small herd of deer serenely grazing in the back while waiting for my appointment! Very pleased with the results from my procedure, and Drew (Andrew Martin, FNP) and Stacey were both just awesome! I highly recommend Southern Secrets Med Spa and Clinic! From my initial call to book my consultation, to my first visit, and then my follow up consult, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, patient and professional. The facility itself is truly unique and relaxing. I have recently become a patient there and have been so impressed with the level of care and communication. Andrew Martin is a very thoughtful person who will give an honest and thorough assessment. I have personally appreciated that. I have already seen such a huge improvement in the way I feel now verses the way I felt a few weeks ago when I came to the clinic. I love that I can take a natural route to healing my symptoms, and that there is room for me to go through that process. My favorite thing about Southern Secrets is how warm, friendly and attentive the entire staff is to their patients. I have recently become a patient there and have been so impressed with the level of care and communication. Andrew Martin is a very thoughtful person who will give an honest and thorough assessment. The staff genuinely care about your experience, as they go out of their way to make each visit amazing. The view is spectacular as you watch deer, rabbits, and other wildlife while receiving treatment on the back patio. For me, this makes the whole experience very peaceful.I struggle to find words sufficient to describe Andrew Martin. I have received nothing less than kind, thoughtful and thorough care. I have been his weekly patient since January 2021. Each week Andrew reviews my current blood test and adjusts my treatment protocol as he deems necessary. These treatments have been amazingly effective as they have made a huge difference in the outcome of my overall success in navigating the medical challenges I face.I am a Bible believing girl – Jesus is my Savior and I believe every word in my Bible is true. Went for laser hair removal and was very pleased with the results. He recommended a few products for me to help with inflammation and skin issues. Wow! All medical professionals I have dealt with have a limited time frame but they gave me and my son all the time required to get to know all they needed to.
