Critical: QualitySo, I went to this hair salon to have my hair treated and get a hair cut…. Mandy is the one who did my hair and didn’t seem to really know what she was doing. She was kind of all over the place. Now, I know she took me on last minute, and I tried to be so grateful about it but, it took her three hours to put rollers in my hair as she was all over the place and like I said, didn’t seem to know what she was doing. It should not have taken three hours to roll my hair. I don’t have really thick and long hair. Then, she had another client she had booked before me come in, she started that lady and then asked for help which she didn’t receive. She tried doing two people at one time and it just simply could not be done. She took on too much at once. She really needs more training. I was very patient and wasn’t going to say anything, except, my hair cut is absolutely terrible. It’s very crooked. I’ve been debating this but, I think others need to know. Eventually, after five hours, another lady came and finished my hair as Mandy kept trying to comb out my curls and almost ruined the product in my hair. I would come back to this place but I would choose someone other than Mandy. It was a very nice and clean place. Other staff did great. So, I went to this hair salon to have my hair treated and get a hair cut…. Mandy is the one who did my hair and didn’t seem to really know what she was doing. She was kind of all over the place. Now, I know she took me on last minute, and I tried to be so grateful about it but, it took her three hours to put rollers in my hair as she was all over the place and like I said, didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
