Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityDanielle Patterson is very unprofessional. She did a brow lamination for my wife and it faded off over night. Danielle agreed to fix it the next day, which is was what any person would do to make things right. We were 9 minutes late 3:09pm. 3:00pm was the appointment time to fix her cheap lack of skill work. She refused to service us, because we were late. We drove 1 hour from Bartlesville. There was an accident that caused us to have to detour. Wouldn’t take that into consideration. Danielle Patterson is very unprofessional. She did a brow lamination for my wife and it faded off over night. Danielle agreed to fix it the next day, which is was what any person would do to make things right. We were 9 minutes late 3:09pm. 3:00pm was the appointment time to fix her cheap lack of skill work. My brows do not look laminated at all. This was my very first beauty treatment I was a little scared and will never go back to this woman.

Additionally, she did not wax or shape my eyebrows. What’s even worse is that I drove an HOUR (AGAIN) to fix this mess. I was 9 minutes late due to a car accident on the highway and Danielle refused to see me. Absolutely terrible service and customer service. Save your money.(Moreover, the owner reached out to me not to make things right but rather to defend their side of the story… The bottom line is that something during the service wasn’t done properly or my eyebrows would have been laminated for more than just a few hours.
