Positive: Quality, ValueJan is absolutely wonderful. I had not cut my hair for 2-3 years and was very nervous to do so. She sat down with me and got to know my hair and what I was looking for and made sure we had a good plan in place that made me happy before picking up the scissors. She kept me informed about what she was doing the whole time which made me much more comfortable.
