Hair color faded back to yellow less than a week after my appointment. I would have appreciated telling me beforehand that it would take more than 1 session/appointment to get it how I wanted it. $140 for each session and hardly any highlights in my hair after the first appointment. The hairdresser couldn’t even tell me how many more sessions was required to get it like the picture I showed her! Although the hairdresser was nice, it was very disappointing and unprofessional.
