Critical: QualityIt was my first time in this salon and I will not be returning. The stylist I had did not start off with a consultation. While being shampooed all product was only washed out in the back of my head and I had to come home and rewash it. While she was brushing and blow drying my hair she was super rough and pulling my hair out. I did not allow her to cut or continue my blow dry at this point and was still charged way too much for the service I received. I didn’t want to cause a commotion so I just paid and left, but ended up calling for a refund. They didn’t seem too concerned about my awful experience just that my color was correct.I would go to say this is the most awful experience I have had in a salon.
