Thankful to Marah at Southern Roots Salon!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was looking to get a trim and layers added on a Saturday where most salons are very busy when it is in regards to walking in. I called Southern Roots and asked if I could do a walk in and without hesitation they made it happen. I have been getting my hair done for the past 15 years plus and Southern Roots has given the best customer service and the environment is very welcoming and great energy. Marah did an amazing job on my hair and it was perfect to what I wanted. I will be coming to Southern Roots for all my self care needs while I reside in Kentucky/Tennessee. Oh and this is the most reasonably priced salon I have ever been to. I was looking to get a trim and layers added on a Saturday where most salons are very busy when it is in regards to walking in. I called Southern Roots and asked if I could do a walk in and without hesitation they made it happen. I have been getting my hair done for the past 15 years plus and Southern Roots has given the best customer service and the environment is very welcoming and great energy. Marah did an amazing job on my hair and it was perfect to what I wanted. I will be coming to Southern Roots for all my self care needs while I reside in Kentucky/Tennessee. Critical: QualitySent my two sons with my daughter and her boyfriend. My daughters boyfriend has been going here apparently for over 2 years. Sent a picture for a basic haircut for my two boys. Nothing fancy. Something like a high and tight. I paid $45 for 3 haircuts. When my son’s got home they looked like they had not even had a haircut. Absolutely ridiculous. My daughters boyfriend looked amazing. I now have to take them to my salon and pay for another haircut. Sent my two sons with my daughter and her boyfriend. My daughters boyfriend has been going here apparently for over 2 years. Sent a picture for a basic haircut for my two boys. Nothing fancy. Something like a high and tight. I paid $45 for 3 haircuts. When my son’s got home they looked like they had not even had a haircut. Absolutely ridiculous. My daughters boyfriend looked amazing. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to them for the first time today and the girl did not listen to anything i said, she did exactly what i told her not to do. this girl had no clue how to do her job or how to section hair. Her associate even tried to show and help her do what i was asking and she didnt listen to her either. I am so mad my hair is destroyed, it will take months to regrow!!!
