Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey cannot color hair. I went twice to get my hair colored. 2nd time was to get it corrected. She still wouldn’t color it right and made me wait and hour and a half before she even got to me. I sat there and watched her do 3 hair cuts. Called on a Saturday to see if they could squeeze me in and, no problem, they did! Good customer service and great job cutting my hair – I have very long hair and had been wanting a hair cut for the past 4 months. My stylist, Becky, asked me exactly how much I wanted cut off, where I wanted my length at, where I wanted my first layer, etc. At first, I told her to cut just enough for my split ends to come off. She showed me what the length would be to get the ends off (to make sure that’d be okay). Then, I asked for her to cut about 6 inches off. She showed me what my new length would look like (with my new request of 6 inches) without a problem. She did a great job! Definitely recommend and will go back!
