I always go there for my hair cuts (and even my first facial), and just knew I had to have them for my wedding day. Danni had my mom and I come in for a trial, and while I loved how she did my hair for my trial, I decided I wanted to go a different direction for my wedding day. Danni was SO accommodating and let me send her pictures and ideas the week before, and then made all of my ideas come to life on the day of. She brought a few of the other girls from Southern Roots to our venue and they got through 14 girl’s hairs in just a few hours. Page is my stylist and she always makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave, she knows my style and knows exactly what I want, even if I don’t!! Love, love, love this salon!! I cannot say enough about this place. The staff is fantastic and the space is adorable! Page is my stylist and she always makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave, she knows my style and knows exactly what I want, even if I don’t!! She is so fantastic but all of the girls do such a great job and keep up on the newest/best trends and I would recommend any of them.

Critical: PunctualityHad a 1:30 appointment with Kaitlyn. I was a little early getting there. Kaitlyn was in the back of the salon trying to correct someones hair that was blue. (So i was told) Kaitlyn never bothered to call,or text me that she was running an hour behind. She finally came out to inform me that she was running an hour behind because some girls hair was not turning out the color it should. So she made it MY PROBLEM. I told the owner what was going on. She was very snobby and said “these things happen”. I honestly would not vote this place best hair salon at all. It is very unorganized and they do not return messages. You have to schedule and do all your business on email. The salon is very dirty. I feel like i was treated like a second class citizen. Their prices are out rageous. Poor treatment. Had a 1:30 appointment with Kaitlyn. I was a little early getting there. Kaitlyn was in the back of the salon trying to correct someones hair that was blue. (So i was told) Kaitlyn never bothered to call,or text me that she was running an hour behind. And my service has also been very prompt. My hair stylists always knows what to do with my hair and I always leave feeling amazing. Because of how busy they are, I do have to wait usually a few weeks after scheduling, but that’s to be expected when they do such great work, they are very busy!This place has been my only hair salon choice for the past few years. This place has been my only hair salon choice for the past few years. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. And my service has also been very prompt. My hair stylists always knows what to do with my hair and I always leave feeling amazing. Because of how busy they are, I do have to wait usually a few weeks after scheduling, but that’s to be expected when they do such great work, they are very busy!
