I came in for an appointment today at 12 I was looking for a new hairstylist to do my undercut the woman from southern roots called me and scheduled the cut I explained over the phone that I wanted it scissor cut and not with clippers she expressed I would need to explain in more detail when I came in. I showed up and from the moment I showed up the lady was crass and dismissive never greeted me the other lady was very pleasant and engaged my kids . the stylist asked what I was trying to do with and attitude and I said I’m just wanting to do the undercut she stopped me mid talking and rudely expressed she can’t do that, that Bri is the girl that does man’s cuts i am a woman…. And an undercut is also a women’s cut…she was snippy and everything she said had aggressive undertones I have never been treated so poorly by another human being I told her she was being very rude and I don’t believe I’ll cut my hair and she said that’s fine you can get out of my salon I asked if she treated all her customers like this and she said no just you and I explained I have never dealt with such a horrible person and then as I walked out the door I told her what she really was and left I do not recommend going into this business and if you do request the sweet lady with the bob haircut not the extremely angry self loathing hateful young woman in the first chair
