Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love it here. The entire shop takes in interest in all the clients. I have a service dog and they treat him as family. I have been extremely stressed lately and have a device that tracks my stress levels. I walked in today and within minutes my level moved from the maximum level to the appropriate calm setting. I also like to experiment but am always quite nervous to act on my thoughts. I speak with the with ladies and they are always supportive yet honest with me and always find a way to work in my wishes in a non embarrassing manner. I love it here. The entire shop takes in interest in all the clients. I have a service dog and they treat him as family. I have been extremely stressed lately and have a device that tracks my stress levels. I walked in today and within minutes my level moved from the maximum level to the appropriate calm setting. Every time I go into this salon, I feel so welcomed and beautiful. I have the best hair stylist and the other girls are amazing too. I’m getting married in a couple months and these ladies have already done so much to help me prepare and find what I want done for the day of my wedding. I couldn’t trust anyone else to do or take care of me the way these girls do.

The staff at Southern Roots is highly knowledgeable of the hottest and newest hair trends and are always willing to work their magic to create awesome hairstyles. They are all fun and outgoing and make any hair service a truly wonderful experience. I am never disappointed getting my hair done, but my expectations are never met…they are exceeded! Just moved to the area recently from Indy. Was really concerned about finding a great salon. I have visited Southern Roots twice and I was not disappointed. This place is great. Excited to be getting a new color in the next couple of weeks. They do a great job cutting my really curly, fine hair, which can be challenging. And I’m very picky. It’s a very warm inviting place to come and relax for some me time!

I love this salon SO much! Abby did my hair the first time and literally saved my hair, it was such a disaster. Olivia does my hair now and does it perfectly every time! The ladies are amazing and are so welcoming. All of them talk to you when you come in and you leave feeling so beautiful. Southern Roots will forever be my salon❤
