Sadly, I had the same experience as an earlier reviewer. I had requested to have gray highlights done and said that I was aware it would take many visits to slowly lift the color so I made it clear I was in no need of long, harsh bleaching. My first visit Andrea did a great job but my 2nd visit the bleach was left on too long and all the highlighted sections of hair broke off near my scalp. It took over a year to get any length back to my hair.

Andrea did a great job cutting my hair and even did a good job highlighting my hair the first time, the second appointment was to finish up the process by placing dark brown highlights in between the lighter highlights and Andrea left the toner in wayy too long and overcharged me but not before telling me to use baking soda and purple shampoo to lighten my hair that she obviously messed up! So Im not going back but thankfully I found a better place to go that will fix my hair!!
