I love this salon! Lindsey and all of the other girls there are always so nice and I’ve always been happy with the color and cuts that I’ve received- and I’ve been going here several years now. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling, especially since you can make your own appointments without having to call- so convenient! LOVE this place!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to this salon for over a year. I never complain, always on time and tip well. However, every time I try to make an appointment, I get ignored. It takes sever attempts to contact the owner and no response or days later I get someone to answer. Very unprofessional. Seriously…. I have no idea why I will not be contacted back. It’s upsetting. I tip great and I am an easy client to please. Not professional at all!!!!! I even had a poor highlight the last time I went. Strips of my old color still showed and spots of color. I still didn’t complain. This is unexceptionable to not respond to a client. This is soooo unprofessional. I will not be back. I’m going to Borel salon in Sherwood. Khadija is an exceptional stylist and always professional. I have been going to this salon for over a year. I never complain, always on time and tip well. However, every time I try to make an appointment, I get ignored.
