Critical: ProfessionalismHad an unprofessional encounter with the manager. She was doing a very quick, short repair job trimming the back of my daughter’s dry hair. It didn’t need washing or anything, we were there less than 10 minutes. She insulted my intelligence and my quality of haircut. But then offered me a job, that I didn’t ask for. She cut less than half of my daughter’s hair, but then charged me a full haircut fee. She didn’t even use the dryer to clean off my daughter’s neck from the cuttings. Had an unprofessional encounter with the manager. She was doing a very quick, short repair job trimming the back of my daughter’s dry hair. It didn’t need washing or anything, we were there less than 10 minutes. She insulted my intelligence and my quality of haircut. But then offered me a job, that I didn’t ask for.
