Candace is the color goddess! I have been going to her for longer than I can remember and I always have 3 or 4 appointments booked. I always get tons of compliments on my hair, and that says a lot! I would be lost without her! She has built a great crew around her with the team at Southern Roots you can’t go wrong!

Was trying to become a new client and schedule an appointment..that was a headache ..they need to get their system centralized or something..or get a receptionist…sending me back and forth from the phone to the messenger to the regular messages..where I am just repeating myself all over again… having an attitude with me not having enough time while answering the phone.. you don’t treat your customer like that… it could ve taken probably 10 minutes the maximum if that, to resolve all the issues… waiste of my and their time. Hopefully they will fix it one day.
