Kim was a little side tracked with her granddaughters hair while I was there so it took about 2.5 hours to get some highlights (wanted a balayage) and a trim. I sat at the sink for so long my head had a sore spot the next day… I thought I was getting what I wanted and thought it looked nice curled and styled regardless of the technique.. but when I showered the next day I realized it wasn’t at all what I wanted. It was pinstriped and the highlight didn’t go to the root.. It was so pinstriped I kept getting asked if I got pulled through a cap!!!! ugh. blunt lines across where the highlight started and in some areas the highlight didn’t make it to the end of the strands… not only that but there was a line across the back of my head where something went wrong. I asked for an ashy blonde which CAN be achieved by toning but I didn’t get toned. I also asked for my grays to be taken care of and they were left behind.. I felt great when I left but the next day was horrid. My husband said there were a lot of inconsistencies and I looked like a tiger or 2000 Kelly Clarkson. Yikes. Again, it was all unnoticeable with the curls and style…. $125 later I had to go put box dye on it because I couldn’t bare to go in public. I put light ash brown all over and what an amazing difference that made and hid most of the inconsistencies. I won’t be returning. First three pics were after the salon the last is after I dyed it at home

I had my hair done two days before at another salon and was very unhappy. Kaitlyn rescued my hair, correcting the color and giving me the look I originally wanted, all while working with me to make me feel like I was in control of what was happening. I definitely recommend coming here! All of the stylists are kind and very well trained.

Awesome place tucked away on the Square in Ozark. My wife’s personal favorite stylist is Kaitlyn but all of the stylists are very knowledgeable and courteous. They offer a wide range of styling products as well as Merle Norman Cosmetics. Give them a try if you are looking for a great place to get your hair done, or the whole family’s. Also, they have Very competitive pricing….maybe even a little better than some of your chain stores but with way better results.

I have gone there off and on for over 10 yrs… Love Miss Kim! Other ppl have done my hair there as well , and did a great job. Just saying she’s so beautiful, inside and out and does a great job every time. Gonna call tomorrow and see when she can fit me in cause I want a little color and she is excellent in helping me figure out what I want exactly. Love Southern Reflections !

This is the place to go! Seriously, so talented. I have never met a hair stylist that can do the specific color I ask for the first time around. I am just in “aw” .
