The owner of this business is NOT pleasant to deal with. She is NOT about customer service at all. After purchasing a package on her website, she wouldn’t honor the pricing and had her employee advise me that I would have to pay more if I wanted to continue using the service. Mind you, I went in and tanned the same day as purchase and nothing was said about the pricing. She waited until after I was gone to have the employee contact me. If I didn’t want to pay more (current price) she would refund my money. Seeing that she didn’t want to honor what her website priced it as, I asked for a refund. I also asked for a refund because the owner was disrespectful to a current customer simply because she called and questioned the price difference.

Unfriendly and unprofessional, Not honoring a contract and continuing to withdraw funds from an account outside of the contract and told customer to just deal with it and if the customer went to the bank and put a stop on it that she would dispute it, excuse me that’s calles fraudulent and I hope there are charges filed against the owner!

I started tanning here a few months ago, one day I went in to tan and took my engagement ring off and set it on the stand in the tanning room. Once I was finished I grabbed my things and got home and realized I didn’t have my ring. I called and the girl who answered the phone said they didn’t see it and the lady that went in after me was trust worthy. However, here it is months late and still no hope on finding my ring. I feel like a worker must have taken it if they went in to clean the room after I was finished. Very disappointing.

Wife recently signed a 6-month contract. Ten-minutes afterwards, she realized it wasn’t that great of a deal and called to cancel, just to be told, “it’s policy, can’t cancel.” I would understand if it’s been days, if not weeks, especially if we’ve already tanned, but literally ten-minutes later. Not good business when a tanning salon sticks you with the ole, you signed on the dotted line statement in the same time it takes to get a drink down the road and return. They offered to upgrade her from the level 3 (level wife agreed too) to level 5 and wave the cancelation fee. It’s clear they wanted to keep the money, nothing less. She tried to tan for the first time today, to be told the level five would be a 20-minute wait, and a 10-minute wait for level 4, but employee followed that with, “the level 3 is available at no wait, what you really signed up for.” It doesn’t surprise me, save your money, spend at little extra time and visit Glow Tan in WLR or Maumelle. It’s half the price, more beds, and you don’t get treated like a contract.

This business use a clause in their contract that rips people off and the owner will dispute any charges you try to warn your bank of fraudulent charges. This company is not for its customers at all. They did my friend wrong during this holiday season. Shame on you.

Only gave it a star becuz i had to .. this place doesnt honor its contract it says its for 6mos which means after 6mos it should cancel itself but nope they keep charging u and u have to go in to cancel and get an attitude from the owner becuz she just wants ur money and if u say ull go to the bank so they can remove the charges that she will just dispute that.. stay far away from this place
