So frustrated with this salon. I made an appointment for Saturday morning and 45 minutes before, I received a text from the stylist stating she wasn’t feeling well and needed to cancel. I understand these things happen, but she also offered to help get me rescheduled. I never heard back from her. Then when I tried calling the number for the salon, it only rang a few times before going to what sounded like a cell phone voicemail with no greeting identifying it as a salon. I spent a decent amount of time trying to find a salon with a great rating, only to be let down. Back to researching…
