I had very high hopes that this first time with Cambry was going to go great, I sent two pictures of what my hair looked like and asked about pricing for what I wanted. She told me it started at 150 and that I would get $15 off since I am a new client(I have messages for proof that this was said). I asked her twice what the total was going to be, before and during the hair appointment. The answer was avoided and I ended up paying over 70 dollars over 150 with the discount, then she said only $10 off even though I reminded her it was 15. My hair was left splotchy at the top and the blonde was very brassy and dead even after I used a toner after. I messaged her the day after and no response. Very disappointed and I do not like my hair.
