Katie did not do so well with my hair. She kept cutting on my sides until it’s too short. I asked for a French braid but she made it outward instead of inward. That’s okay on all this, that’s not what was the worst. I went in at 11:00 and left at 3:00. No one else was in the shop, 4 hours for color but what the icing on the cake was the color she got all over the collar of my shirt, that I had only wore twice. Not going back there ever.
