After trying to get an appt I finally got in an Cynthia did my hair which she did great with my hair , I then made an appt for sat for my boyfriend she told me her sat was open so I made the appt for 10 an she doesnt even show up ! Nor will she answer her phone ! He was treated so rudely that you have lost 2 new customers ! We will NOT be going back !

Southern charm is the greatest salon to get your hair done! And Cynthia is the best stylist in all of Missouri! If you want to look like a million bucks and feel like 10 million go see Cynthia at Southern charm. All the ladies that work there are wonderful but Cynthia is my favorite.
