My hairdresser screwed my hair up and i will never be returning here. I came to get a balayage done, a service that is not an easy task. I was referred here by a friend of mine. My hairdresser (Ashley) did not ask me any questions about my hair, did not take a hair history and overall didn’t do what i had asked. She gave me two highlights and that was about it. They were the wrong color than what I had wanted. I had asked to also get my ends trimmed which should have been simple; it apparently wasn’t. She also did not part my hair correctly, screwing up the trim. When i parted my hair correctly she did not even try to fix it. As this was intended for my wedding in a couple of weeks, I needed my hair to be absolutely perfect. I politely explained to her over text what was wrong with my hair after she did the service and received an angry text message that was very rude. She stated that what i wanted was “the easiest thing to do” yet she screwed it up the first time? I had attempted to live with it but i just couldn’t because again, my wedding is in two weeks and it looked like absolute trash. She has no sense of professionalism and no sense of customer service. I’m thankful she refunded me and I happily took my business elsewhere.

I am a truck driver and stayed in Flying J just accross for 3 days. First day was Friday, it was around 5pm, despite their schedule shows that they are closed at 6pm they said person who is in charge were alredy left. Second day was Saturday and I was little late to catch them before closing at 1pm. Sunday they were closed. The next day Monday in the middle of the day I walked in and was refused by this woman who is in charge to have me as a customer for ununderstandable reasons. Very rude approach to the client…!! Despite I told her that that was the third day in a row that I am trying. It didn’t help. I really would not reccomend going there.

Positive: QualityI visited Southern Belle for the first time today and I don’t think I will ever go to another salon again. Mika did the most amazing job with my hair. Cut and color are outstanding. The entire staff was phenomenal. They have a customer for life after today.

Rochelle really listened to me, I have “cow licks”, which stylists in the past have fought with to give me a great cut. She did a fantastic job. She also did my four year old grand daughter, who has very thick, long hair; Rochelle did beautiful work, was very patient, will definitely recommend her.
