I went back in April for my first visit to Southeastern Institute and everyone was so nice and welcoming. My second visit was in August and I was treated as family or friends I’d had my whole life. Dr. Thompson went above and beyond just giving me botox injections. While waiting for the Dr. Thompson I had mentioned to Kristie his nurse about an issue my teenage son was having with folliculitis. How I felt my sons doctor wasn’t going about his plan of care in a positive form. Never running a culture on the area of concern. Over prescribing him antibiotics for over 6 month period. I felt after having him on a bacterial and fungal antibiotic at the same time made him sense when they didn’t know which form of infection it was to begin with. Building up a tolerance to antibiotics and causing risk of not killing off infections later on. After my procedure, Dr. Thompson and Kristin listened to me explain the issue my son was having, plan of care receiving at his PCP, my concerns and listened with such attentiveness. Gave his recommendation and took time to email me information on how to find resolution to the core issue. You get amazing procedures done for very good prices. Caring staff who truly go out of there way for their patients. Want you to feel and look your healthiest! I look forward to going and getting stuck with needles from the feeling they give you while there. Totally recommend!

Went in today (10-30-18) for a procedure. Dr. Thompson and his staff are very nice and friendly. I was nervous about the procedure but Dr. Thompsons mannerisms put me at ease. Also, thank you Bailey and Kristie for answering all my questions.

I have struggled with my health for years (about 7 years now) even before finally being diagnosed with Dysautonomia (Hyperandrenergic Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and now Fibromyalgia. I’m really not sure if the type of Dysautonomia is correct but I’m still trying to get to the bottom of that. But anyway, current lab work revealed hormonal imbalances as suspected. I have a lot going on but let me tell you I’m so thankful for Dr. Thompson at Southeastern Institute of Restorative Medicine. The only doctor I’ve encountered that actually cares and listens to his patients. The only one who goes above and beyond to help and wants you to get your life back. I’ve been speechless ever since I met him, him and his staff have truly blown me away.
