Initial appointment was cancelled with no ability to reschedule in timely manner. Staff didn’t seem to care that the cancellation was an inconvenience and cared even less that they couldn’t accommodate a timely reschedule date. Today I thought I’d give them another try as they advertised “spring” specials. Again I learned they no availability til next month …. Disappointed.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Lauren, who is doing my treatments, is so sweet and accommodating. The sessions never feel awkward, and she is always willing to answer all my questions.
