Absolutely love, love, love South Street Salon!! Jaycee has been cutting, styling and coloring my hair since January 2000, almost 20 years. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair. They use Aveda products. The salon also offers discounts to all year long to Veterans on services and products.

My hair looks horrible!! I brought in a picture of the type of effect I wanted and I got something that looks NOTHING like the picture. I understand that some colors are not attainable with a person’s natural hair color,. If the color I wanted was not possible on my head, I would have expected the colorist to tell me it was not going to look right with my color and texture hair. Instead I got a head full of brassy copper colored hair that looks absolutely ridiculous! Think twice about using this salon….

I’ve been going to South Street Salon for well over 12 years. The staff is amazing, family oriented, and invested not only in making their clients look good, but feel good as well. I’ve never been dissatisfied with any cut or color, and being in my 20s and early 30s has called for frequent changes to my hair: cut, color and style. I’ve traveled the world in my short lifetime (former military) and have been to some other places for hair care. But I quickly learn that it’s worth a 10 hour flight to get it done right. You get what you pay for. It’s worth every cent at South Street.
