I have been coming here very recently for some work on my back and shoulders. I have a sedentary job at a large government office building downtown and I often work long hours staring at three computer monitors all day. Though I work from home as well due to COVID restrictions, I am required to be in my office two-three days per week. Many of my muscle pain issues have been located in my shoulder area and my upper back. I have seen a few of the therapists here and all of them have been absolutely magnificent! The staff here are highly trained in massage therapy and they provide excellent therapeutic massage. Lotus is the manager here and she is always very friendly, kind, courteous, helpful and has always greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. They offer a small variety of refreshments and snacks, including water after the massage. They also have fresh, clean hot towels and plenty of sanitizing instruments to ensure a safe and healthy massage experience. The therapists here follow strict COVID protocols at every level. The massage prices are very reasonable, too! I highly recommend South Shore Reflexology for all your therapeutic massage needs. Thank you, Lotus and the rest of the staff at South Shore Reflexology.

The massage therapist was very good but experience was awful. The credit card machine was not working and I was not told until after the service.They insisted I wait for the manager to arrive from another site instead of letting me go get the cash and return.
