On Wed., Feb. 7, 2018, my husband & I visited South Shore Laser for the first time for him to get nose hair removed. We were very impressed with how nice this facility is. We were given paperwork to complete about health history, medications, etc. This hinted at how classy South Shore Laser is because they really do care about the procedure and any contraindications, such as antibiotics, that could potentially cause a photo-sensitivity reaction. Michele was very warm & welcoming when we entered the procedure room. We were right at ease as she answered our questions regarding the 3 stages of hair growth as well as exactly where my husband wanted the hair removed from, that is, inside the nose, below the nose, or both. We happily chose both! Now, 12 days later, my husband is still hair free & we are extremely happy with the results. It was just what we were looking for!

I would highly recommend the technician Marisa, she is absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. After the first two treatments I saw results immediately and then decided to get the treatment done on my legs! If you want to be disrespected by Janine and yelled at over the phone because you asked them to waive the cancelation fee due to not one, but a few major concerns..then this is the place to go. They care more about making $25 for a appt than the health of their clients. And then have the audacity to get LOUD on the phone and claim that they didn’t get loud. I’m sorry , but I’m not deaf and can hear the differences in the voice tones. Beyond mortified of the service I received without even actually receiving a service. Never in my life had I been treated like that over the phone.

I highly recommend South Shore Laser. I’ve seen a difference since the first treatment and I am sharing my experience with co-works, friends and family because it really works. I got the cavi-lipo and I’m very impressed with the results. Everyone who works there is very nice and attentive. The technician who did my treatment was Keily and she was excellent, she made me feel comfortable. We had a great conversation and the time went by super quick, she is awesome!!

I went to South Shore Laser for a dark spot removal treatment. The nurses there made me feel comfortable and safe every time. I saw a significant difference with each treatment. I have just finished my last treatment, and I am very satisfied with the results. It only took 6 treatment for a drastic change, my freckles are almost all gone and I am very happy with my skin. I strongly recommend going to south shore laser if you are looking to remove sun spots/ freckles. After seeing my results my sister is now going to remove her sun spots/ freckles at South shore laser.
