Where do I begin? First of all I do not have any issues with the doctor per say. The issue is with their billing. This place is a used car lot. 1) Issue – The doctor stated I have pre-cancerous lesions on my face and recommended a UV treatment they have in the office. I knew my insurance wouldn’t cover it so I called their billing office to get a cost. They told me it wouldn’t be any more than $200. Well, I have the treatment and I get a bill for $1100. When I complained and stated you told me the price wouldn’t be more than $200 I was told “the person who told you that doesn’t work here anymore.” I said that doesn’t matter and your office is still responsible. I asked them to reduce the cost and they said they wouldn’t. They took no responsibility. 2) I’ve had skin cancer and they schedule me every year for a screening. My insurance covers screening cost 100%. I just noticed my bill of which I was charged. I contacted them and the response was they don’t have a cancer screen and billed it as just an office visit. THEY schedule me for this every year! Not only that they bill for items that weren’t even part of the screen. These guys are crooks. Stay away and find an honest practice.

Had an appointment with Dr Eminger and her assistant Aly and they were both wonderful! My son was getting some warts removed and they offered him options and he chose what he was comfortable with. Everyone in the office was pleasant and easy to work with.

As I aged, there were times when I wished that I had my youthful complexion back. At 60, my wish came true but as the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for. In my case, it was my teenage skin that came back along with all of its acne. I’m too old to go through puberty again! Well, some parts of it I wouldn’t mind doing over but I digress. Anyway, I saw Dr. Herman and a couple of prescriptions later, the acne was gone. I have also learned to just appreciate the skin that I have now and will have later. My belly on the other hand…well.

One of the nurses, Brittany does my laser hair removal and she is always so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend SSDP to anyone I know!!

Please don’t go there especially Dr. urman unprofessional she has no clue what she’s doing I had to go and see another doctor for an issue when she said there’s nothing wrong with me and the other doctor found cancer under my skin please please if you want to save yourself do not go to see her or the whole department they’re all liars

Dr. Herman and Monica assisted me during my visit. Their bedside manner is compassionate, calm, and cool. I cannot wait to see where his treatment plan takes me. I will periodically update this review, but first impression was 5 stars. The only possible “negative” feedback I have is that at checkout, I happened to stand at a desk waiting for Dr. Herman to write something down for me and there was a woman, possibly an assistant, sitting at the desk less than 2 feet away. Instead of greeting me or acknowledging my presence (as I was merely 2 feet away from her (she’s behind the desk and im standing in front of it, no partition or anything) and she turns her back to me sitting in a chair. It was clear that she had done it to avoid any interaction with me and I found it incredibly rude. I will say all other staff interactions were pleasant so I will not deduct a star 🙂

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Shroff-Mehta for several years. Her professionalism and compassion are outstanding. One never feels rushed and she is always very attentive to any concerns I may have. The nursing staff is also exemplary. From Leah, the head nurse, to Michelle, Brittany, Yves, and Katie. To a person, they are most pleasant and very professional. All in all, my experiences at SSDP have always been A+!

PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY IMMIGRANTS GET OUR JOBS. Don’t bother w/this “dr”. When I asked Dr. Metta about various current events relative to the “practice” (they are “practicing medicine” on us) , she had the audacity during these troubled times to say to me::: “I have to abide by ‘the government’.” NO, EVERY AMERICAN needs to abide by their principles, oaths to their PROFESSION…..Since when does “the government” over-ride our Hippocratic oath and our U.S. Constitutional rights? and O by the way, which govt? the sham govt. or the real govt.? The govt. IS THE U.S. CONSTITUTION….HIPAA…..and on and on..I then got DUMPED for disagreeing…Gee I hope shy Dr. Metta isn’t going to sue me for FREE SPEECH now? O p.s. there is nobody HIGHER than her in the practice the practive manager just told me, Camile Stocco. Hmmmmm…ok Not real doctors. Real doctors are educated. Educated & education requires dialogue. The only wrong question is the one not asked. I learned in Graduate school…and in Kindergarten too. Bye Bye..
