Doug did a great job on my tattoos, was a walk in appointment as I was visiting Hilo from the U.K so wasnt sure they would have time to do the work i wanted but Doug made time for me. He was super professional, friendly and fast doing the work. They came out super clean and bold just how I wanted and the shop was the perfect environment to feel comfortable while under the needle. Couldn’t be more thankful. Would recommend anyone booking in for a tattoo there.

We communicated through text to come up with a design for each of us. After that, we were able to book an appointment for three weeks later. Doug is incredible, knowledgeable, funny, and kind. Even though he typically does more traditional work he absolutely killed it with this tattoo — especially given that it’s covering up some old scars. He was communicative about the design and worked hard to make sure it captured my vision for it. 5 stars isn’t enough.
