This place is family owned for over 50 years! Tracy is an excellent barber, capable of cutting my hair, as well as my sons hair, which are very different haircuts than mine. They do good work, and they care about their clientele. He gave me an “emergency” cell phone number. Sounds funny, but if you have a medical emergency, or an unexpected occasion, even a funeral, he will make arrangements to accommodate you. Very professional, reliable, and courteous

Critical: ProfessionalismBased on other reviews I can conclude Tracy is in fact rude, he’s a good barber but he uses that as an excuse to be rude to his clients and his coworkers. He’s not so good to justify the attitude and ego. He was nice to me when I just started being his client years ago but he started to develop attitude towards me as time went on. He seems to get along with old timers but he doesn’t like young adults. If you are a younger adult, I’d recommend leaving this place to old grey heads only they get proper customer service. Based on other reviews I can conclude Tracy is in fact rude, he’s a good barber but he uses that as an excuse to be rude to his clients and his coworkers. Moved recently from Michigan and have been looking for a good barber. Had a terrible experience at another place, so I stopped here to see if they could fix it. Everyone was super friendly, and I got a Great cut! I will definitely be going back there for future haircuts!

I was a loyal customer until today. I walked in at 2pm on a saturday to get a hair cut, they dont close till 4pm on saturdays. I was told that they were closed do to the fact that they did not want to cut anymore hair. Got news for ya tracy your a barber and its your job to cut hair. If you dont want to anymore go get a diferent job. But dont worry i wont be back and i advise anyone else thats looking for a good barber dont go here. P.S. this is not the first time they have done this.
