Dr. Sergio Guiteau and his staff are amazing and such a pleasure to work with! The entire experience from beginning to end was flawless and covered every possible concern – they really go to great lengths to provide optimal services for their patients. Frankly, the office manager, is so friendly and pleasant to interact with. The location in Palm Gardens at Miramar is so convenient from either 75 or the turnpike. The office is pristine and welcoming. And Dr. Guiteau is a gem- he takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses each of them thoroughly.

Dr. Guiteau and his staff are exemplars of how healthcare should be curated for patients. From my initial contact with the exceptionally professional and helpful receptionist, Franky, to the nurse, everyone was kind and considerate. The doctor spent more than enough time outlining a comprehensive regimen of care for me. The office is an excellent space and everything is of a high caliber. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the wonderful experience today. Although the office is far from my home and my insurance doesn’t pay for my visit, I intend to return again..

Franky, the office manager was great. He tried to book me within my very limited schedule. When I had a last minute change, and had to cancel he was extremely understanding and worked with me to get in asap. He follows up, and ensures you are well prepared when you arrive, super friendly and kind. The Dr was great. Very thorough. Asked what expectations were, concerns, and ultimate goals. Super patient, and took the time to get to know me. It was a very personalized experience. Highly recommend. I was there for skin care injections.

The entire office experience with Doctor Guiteau was amazing. From Frankie in the front office to the actual doctor examination. Frankie worked with me on test needed, places to get them done, and actual scheduling. Just super flexible, friendly, and professional. Doctor Guiteau sat with me patiently and listening to all my symptoms while taking his time making any assessments. Amazing experience!! I got lip filler done with Dr. Guiteau and I honestly do not have any complains at all! His results were amazing! He’s very kind and patient. The also was super clean and they even play music for you to relax and you get to pick the song! Shoutout to Franky, the manager and the Nurse Sue Ann! They were honestly amazing and made me feel extremely welcome! Can’t wait to go back for my touch up!

I am a 68 year old male who has seen primary care doctors since I was a child. The office of Dr. Guiteau and his office manager, Franky , is a step above anything I ever experienced. They are extremely compassionate, organized and very attentive to your health and self being. You ask for prescriptions to be filled and it’s done immediately. There is always a feeling of comradery . I highly recommend this office.

I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a medical facility. The staff were most definately above their profession. Their care and concern made every other facility pale in their comparison !!! Franky, the office manager, went way beyond the call of duty. His level of patience was incredible as I contacted Him many many times for various reasons mainly questions. He gave Me a hug when I left the office . Sue Ann, Dr Guiteau’s nurse listened !!! Her level of empathy was refreshing. I did not even feel it when She drew my blood. Her demeanor was so easy, sweet and smooth. She even gathered My shoes to put them on my feet when it was time to go (Im not old ) Sue Ann shines on the inside and out !!! Dr Guiteau is a humanitarian which is why He is the best doctor in the world. Dr Guiteau spent at least 30 minutes with me listening and listening and listening !!! Not a single time did I say anything that He did not engage to find a solution. Prior to seeing Dr Guiteau I went to 3 other doctors for same reason, ringing in my ears. I told previous doctors my ear felt irritated like there was something like a hair in my ear; the previous doctors used the same instruments as Dr Guiteau; all they did and said was nothing just billed me exorbant amounts of money for absolutely nothing. …made me feel like I was nuts. Tell me how Dr Guiteau used the same instruments as previous doctors and found a little hair laying up against my ear drum !!!!??? Dr Guiteau also ordered a series of tests to rule out many other possibilities, in addition to … I am still in shock re: the level of care. If You want the best experience ever re: your health and quality of care this is Your Doctor and Your staff.

Wonderful experience from beginning till end. I was loss and office manager Franky was on the phone waited outside to make sure I got there ok. The assistant was great band skilled in her field. The doctor was algo fabulous he did and extensive history and educated me on different types of Botox available. The office was clean and lovely. I absolutely love it here! Franky, the office manager is so accommodating. He got me in as soon as possible and he even created and emailed my imaging order over STAT because I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Sergio Guiteau is knowledgeable and listens to assist.Dr. Guiteau is the best Orthopedists out there. It was recommended that I start Physical Therapy and I’ve gained some of my range of motion back within the first 2 weeks. I’m completely satisfied with the plan to fix my rotator cuff issues.
